EDC is Kent’s Premier Digital Sound and Vision Centre,
specialising in Plasma and LCD TV’s and Home Cinema systems.
Recently they completely changed their approach to their customers.
Recognising that the Internet was posing a huge problem for
them with customers buying online instead of from the high street,
they decided to attack the issue head on. We felt their idea
of offering a unique service of actually searching for the best
price online in the store and then matching it, is quite frankly
revolutionary. As their incumbent agency, we were asked to handle
the entire project from store design to advertising implementation.
