You probably have contacts that you need to frequently speak with.

Skype is a superb, cheap communication tool that allows people to arrange video and voice calls, conference calls and instant messaging. Not only would a business benefit from the convenience, but ultimately more can be achieved quick and at a low cost.

More businesses have partnerships or contracts overseas. This emphasizes further need for a platform that helps maintain regular contact. Skype can be used in the comfort of your own home and at work. Therefore business calls can be arranged at a convenient to suit both you and your business associate.

Skype’s demand is so much so, that an iphone app is available to ensure you calls are kept live on the go. Cheap headsets and microphones are all you need. Privacy remains, as does the desirable crisp communication.

The social heights of today’s digital world means that businesses refuse to play ignorant to web technology. Tools such as Skype as extremely efficient to financial budget and allow investment to be laid elsewhere.

What’s more, Skype even opens up the prospect of pursuing contacts developed through social media, who perhaps you may not be comfortable releasing personal information to.

Oh and remember to turn of the emails. Clients will appreciate minimal distractions in a formal conversation.

Hopefully now you can start saving money on those long distance phone calls and still stay in touch with your all important contacts.

The mobile industry is a continuously growing market – everyone has one. Web developers and designers are tested with compatibility of various apps and site designs. The way we consume media has changed. With people always on the move, media is available 24/7.

Mobile phones have developed beyond simple communication tools, now used as productive news sources and other everyday uses. This has moved the mobile industry into a completely different market. Advertisers realise the potential and target mobile users with products and services.

Kindle has become another demanding source of information. Back in October last year, Amazon announced an international version of the Kindle 2 with a built-in 3G (HSDPA) and EDGE/GSM wireless modem for connectivity in over 100 countries with applications available for iphone and ipod touch users.

The demand of the iphone has led to leading mobile networks Orange and Vodafone to secure a contract as an iphone provider with O2. Though there is no substantial difference in coverage, more customers are able to use the iphone on their preferred network.

The launch of Google Nexus One this month has enhanced mobiles as a web tool and news feed further. The search engine created a phone that uses an android open source mobile operating system. As an unlocked device, mobile users across the globe have access to it’s uses.

Development of technology has taken the shine away from offline advertising. The popularity of technical devices means that print sources and TV are proving less effective from a marketing perspective.

The online market is whether the prime part of any marketing budget should be. If you desire the need for alternative marketing methods, give us a tweet and let’s talk!
